Seek My Face, Not My Hand

Seek My Face, Not My Hand
My Spirit weeps among you.

For though you want times of refreshing in My Spirit, you have not wanted Me to enlighten your life, to illuminate the darkness.

Many of you don't want to be disturbed. You have become comfortable in the darkness of your life.
I would put a fire in your bones that would change your nature.

Many of you are too comfortable in your present level of spirituality. You haven't seen My Face because you won't let me show you your need.

You want what can come from my hand, the blessings, the refreshing, the power, but these won't come until you open up your hearts to Me and become hungry for My Face. For it is in My Face alone that you will see Me as I AM, the light of men, your very life.

And the light shines on in the darkness, for the darkness has never overpowered it or put it out.
There are depths of my love you have not known that aren't known in the depths of your heart. I would walk with you until my love would penetrate deeper and deeper into your hearts, that I might live in you, in places that were filled with the darkness and death of self.

While there is time, while it is yet called day, come. For the night is coming when no man can work. This is even now the day of preparation that you might know Me and My love as it illuminates the darkness of your heart. One day, by this light within you, you will solely live, and that day of darkness that is coming upon the earth, and gross darkness upon the people is even nigh, waiting only for those I have called to be chosen and prepared to stand in the hour that is even now coming upon the Earth.

Your comfort and your spirituality will mean nothing in that hour. Only the Light of my love giving you light and life will count...nothing else will matter.

Even now I wait for you. I call to you, I have sent my angels to draw you unto me. I have sent my servants to you even this day that you might come to Me and look upon My Face and be changed. For you shall be changed by beholding me.

My right hand doeth wonders. And you will do wonders.

But you will not be changed by the wonders....except you look into my Face and Know me as I AM.

Death And Resurrection

Death & Resurrection
Carcass & Eagles

"There was a Presbyterian minister that spent his lifetime working for the Lord according to his understanding. When he became an old man, he was asked to speak at a gathering. He told the people, "During my ministry I started over a hundred Churches, both in this country and in South America. At this stage of my life, I have come to understand and believe, that all God really wanted from me was a carcass."

The Cause & Cure of Earthquakes

Considering recent world events, I have to wonder how well-received this sermon given by John Wesley would be today? Me thinks 'we ain't seen nothin yet,' folks...

It Is Coming!

For many years the Lord has been calling out to His own; drawing us unto Himself, giving warning and instruction. How many of us have ears to hear, and hearts willing to heed? It is good to look back and refresh our memories of things He has shown us. In doing we so, we inevitably see more than we initially comprehended. The whole world is conscious of change taking place. But there is great confusion as to what this change is, and what it means to the common man. O that we might have ears to hear what the Spirit is saying to the Church in this hour.

"Him With Whom We Have To Do"

HIM WITH WHOM WE HAVE TO DO...

Hebrews 4:13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.

Just who do we think we are? And Who do we think God is? These two questions are by no means 'off the wall.' They are key to our coming into a relationship with the "I AM."

Individually, it is our personal responsibility to come to a clear understanding of just exactly who we are and Who God is. Until we do, we will fail, fall short, and miss out in every area of our walk in this life on earth.

There is only one person that can bring us to truth and understanding. That person is the Holy Spirit; for He Is the Spirit of Truth. Man's truth is subjective and fluctuates; while God's truth is unwavering and immovable. We see people seeking the answers for the chaos in their lives from everyone but God. How we perceive God is critical to how we conduct ourselves. It determines our thoughts and dreams, our goals and aspirations, who we associate with, how we treat others. All these things revolve around our perceptions of our self and our maker.

Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. How do we approach God's Word? Do we believe that the Holy Bible is really Holy? Are we confident that the written Word is a record preserved by God down through the ages, for our benefit, admonition and instruction, or not?

Worship Songs

"Let us worship the Lord, for He is worthy to be praised!"

My brother, Rob Seal, and Kevin Brockway reconnected this summer after over 30 years. Kevin now lives in Nashville, and has a studio where they put some of the songs the Lord gave Rob on CD's.

'And In The Morning' is from Kevin's 'Voyage' CD. Here is a sampling, Be Blessed!

"Enter into his his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise:
be thankful unto him and bless his name" Psalms 100:4.

Worship the King

And In The Morning

Resounding Cry

Danger, Danger

In Tenderness He Sought Me

Jesus Is The Light

Where Are Ya Man

O Worship The Lord

The Felled Tree

Not Now

Putting Off The Armor

"Therefore the redeemed of the Lord shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away" Isaiah 51:11

A Personal Word....

I want to share something of a more personal nature. I was going through stuff that’s been packed away for a long time today, and found an old journal. Here is something the Lord gave me in May of 1994, when I was in S. Calif.
………

"I am in a place where man cannot enter. I enter the heart; no one can enter that place but me.

Work is in changing the winter wheat into living bread. Words are living bread, not from the person, only from the one who lives within.

Mercy and Jesus fit in the holies. I am waiting for the words of men to stop.

Know thou, that regardless of what comes upon the earth, Thou art not of the earth, nor of the night. For thou art of the Spirit, and of the day. Fear thou not what comes upon the earth, and upon the earth man, but look thou unto the Lord thy God. For in Him is thy safety, and in Him is thy joy. And thy joy, even the joy of the Lord, shall be thy strength."

I am sharing this, because there are many out there to whom this word applies. All of us are HIS workmanship, at varying stages of growth and development. For me right now, I can only make it through one day at a time. I have lost many loved ones over the years, but never have I felt grief like this. It comes on me in waves that threaten to overwhelm in their intensity. Yet I know that this too is part of the Plan... that God has everything in total control. I appreciate the song my brother Rob recorded, Putting Off The Armor. It is an old poem by Alice Cary that he put to music. I know that is what Guy did when he passed over. He put off the armor, his struggle is over and he is rejoicing. while I am still here and in the fight. It seems almost contradictory to experience such extreme grief and joy at the same time, but that is what is happening on an hourly basis. We all need to believe that we are of the Spirit, and look unto the Lord for all things. Even in the midst of extreme grief, we can still partake of the Joy of the Lord. HE ALONE is our strength. Perhaps this will bring comfort to someone else who is going through a difficult time as well. I was especially struck by the words, 'tis the glory that divides us, not the darkness as you think'... Praise GOD!

God bless,
Cathy
